Job Duties:

Based in Hsinchu, you have a professional experience interacting with customers on technical matters in the semiconductor test industry.

You are at ease to take ownership of projects, to communicate goals to customers, and are focused on delivering to milestones. As part of the Technical Marketing Engineering team, your duties will include pre and post sales interactions with customers to:

• Demonstrate the software offering

• Articulate the benefits of the proposed solution in respect to the customer’s main needs

• Integrate the products at the customers’ sites and develop app ware to fit with any required customization

• Develop, deliver and conduct technical training to the end users

• Communicate back to development enhancement requests and bugs

• Resolve support calls, identify work arounds

• Establish close relationship with customers to help facilitate achieving sales objectives

You have a good experience in software product integration, data analytics, database, scripting languages (perl) and server administration. The skill set would include basic programming, troubleshooting software, as well as knowledge on product life cycles and the relationship to data analysis methods for yield analysis, QA testing, outlier detection and characterization. Additional competencies in web based technologies (Javascript, node JS) are a plus. Ideally, you also have knowledge in product and test engineering for semiconductors on industry platforms such as Teradyne, Advantest/Verigy, Xcerra (LTX-Credence).

You are autonomous in your working habits and prefer to have a set goal than a manager on your back. You are open to travel, both nationally and internationally, at a foreseen pace of 1 week/month.

Job Qualifications:

  • MS or BS in engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor industry
  • Requirements generation
  • Ability to understand and then express technical items clearly to others
  • Expert in troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Scripting/programming skills, Databases, Linux
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
