We are looking for additions to our Calibre product division customer success team for the Calibre
Resolution Enhancement Technology and OPC Tools to support our rapid growth at China.
Work with Mentor Calibre product engineering and R&D team in US to drive the product development direction to better fit for customer’s requirements
Work with the semiconductor industry’s leading companies to customize RET/OPC tools by leveraging your programming experience
Ability to explore new applications of our existing product lines
Create product solutions based on the marketing and customers’ needs
Conduct feasibility studies, prototype of new features in the tools.
Knowledge of semiconductor industry and EDA software programing
Deliver and conduct technical presentations, demo and training
Provide evaluation and benchmark support, and support initial customer deployment
Knowledgeable to identity bottlenecks and work around
Support the field application engineering team for tools’ adoption, proliferation and successful production
Deployment of Calibre products in the customer sites
Some domestic and international travel to US required
Should have a strong interest in software development and prototyping technology
Minimum 10 year experience in IC manufacturing industry with direct Mentor’s and competitor’s OPC tools experience at advanced nodes 14nm, 10nm and 7nm.
Very skilled at Mentor’s OPC modeling and SMO tools at advanced nodes 14nm and beyond for NTD and EUV technology
Very skilled at competitor’s OPC modeling and SMO tools at advanced nodes 14nm and beyond for NTD and EUV technology
Capability to deeply investigate of Mentor’s OPC modeling and SMO tools’ issues and work with RD to resolve these issues for China leading edge foundry/IDM customers.
Capability to drive the researching direction of Mentor’s OPC modeling and SMO tool for advanced node 7nm and beyond.
Skilled at script language, Python, PERL or Matlab are required
Solid understanding of imaging theories (Abbe, Hopkins) or Chemical resist theories are highly preferred.
Direct or indirect experience in OPC including rigorous lithography simulation, RET, mask technology are highly preferred
Experience of EDA software development are highly preferred.
Strong communication and interaction skills are required.
Excellent written and verbal English skills are required
Strong problem solving and innovative thinking skills are required
